Come and join us!
We are a friendly choir who currently have some vacancies in all voice parts. Rehearsals take place on Thursday evenings at St. Matthias' Church, Richmond from 7.30pm to 9.30pm. Our new rehearsal venue, is just minutes from Richmond Station and on many bus routes. Sessions are a stimulating mix of learning a broad range of repertoire, working on healthy vocal technique and sound production, as well as understanding the context of the music.
Potential members are asked to spend a few weeks getting to know the choir, its members and its repertoire, before having a short relaxed audition with the musical director. All members are expected to make a commitment to regular attendance at rehearsals and to spend time learning their music at home. Open rehearsals
We hold a number of open rehearsals at the start of each term for new members to come and try us out. All music is provided, and there's a chance to meet current members over a hot drink during the break, or a cold one after the rehearsal has ended! The next open rehearsals are:
